Your Price Plan or Plans. 3.1 Subject to satisfying the relevant eligibility criteria set out in Schedule 3 (Price Plans), you may opt to operate on:
(a) a single Price Plan selected from: National Price Plan One (SSCs), Averaged Price Plan Two (Zones), the Regional Price Plan (Zones) or the Zonal Price Plan; or
(b) a combination of (i) one of either the National Price Plan One (SSCs) or the Averaged Price Plan Two (Zones) and (ii) the Zonal Price Plan. You may not operate on both National Price Plan One (SSCs) and Averaged Price Plan Two (Zones) at the same time. If you opt to operate on the Regional Price Plan (Zones), you may not operate on any other Price Plan. After you have selected a Price Plan in accordance with paragraph 3.1(a) or a combination of Price Plans under paragraph 3.1(b), you will be given separate account numbers which you will need to use in order to identify the Price Plan(s) under which your Mailing Items are being declared.
3.2 You have opted to operate on [National Price Plan One (SSCs)] / [Averaged Price Plan Two (Zones)] [and] [the Zonal Price Plan] / [the Regional Price Plan (Zones) and your selected Region is [England and Wales] / [Scotland] / [Northern Ireland]]. The terms of your Price Plan[s] are set out in Schedule 3 (Price Plans) and you agree to comply with the terms of [that] / [those] Price Plan[s].
3.3 You may elect to switch your selected Price Plan[s] by giving us no less than 30 days' written notice provided that your new selection must be made in line with the criteria set out in paragraph 3.1 above.
