Common use of Change in Address Clause in Contracts

Change in Address. The depositor shall notify the Cooperative, any change in the address in which the Account Statements are frequently mailed. The change will be effective the next business day following the receipt of the notification by the Cooperative. The Depositor accepts that the Cooperative will not be held responsible for delays in the receipt of the Account Statement or any other notice or mail in case the change in address has not been informed.
