Common use of Change in Address Clause in Contracts

Change in Address. (i) No change in the address for service howsoever brought about shall be effective or binding on the Bank unless actual notice of such change has been given to the Bank. (ii) Any notice of change of address by the Bank may be given by way of advertisement of public notice in any daily newspaper and such notice shall take effect from the date specified in the notice.
