CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to the compensation of the Subadviser is amended to reflect the updated fee schedule for Xxxx Xxxxxxx Disciplined Value International Fund. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.

CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to the compensation of the Subadviser is amended to reflect the updated addition of the fee schedule for Xxxx Xxxxxxx Disciplined Value International Global Long/Short Fund. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.
