Common use of CHANGE IN APPENDIX A Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser is replaced in its entirety by the attached Appendix A. Appendix A is amended to reduce the subadvisory fee for the Technical Opportunities Fund (the “Portfolio”). This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.

Appendix A is amended to reduce change the subadvisory fee for the Technical Opportunities Fund (the “Portfolio”)International Value Equity Fund. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.

This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the SubadviserInternational Small Company Fund.
