The Company is not aware of any legislation, regulation or change in government position published or contemplated by a legislative body or Governmental Entity, which it anticipates will materially and adversely affect the business (as currently carried on or proposed to be carried on), affairs, operations, assets, liabilities (contingent or otherwise) or prospects of the Company on a consolidated basis.
