Change in Maturity Date. If checked here, any references in the Agreement or Note to the maturity date or date of final payment are hereby deleted and replaced with “ SEPTEMBER 5, 2010 ”.

Change in Maturity Date. Lender hereby deletes the definition of Maturity Date in the Credit Agreement in its entirety and replaces it with the following:
Change in Maturity Date. All references to “Maturity Date” in the Revolving Note and the Revolving Credit Agreement are hereby deemed to be “September 25, 2017”.
Change in Maturity Date. Section 6.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "This Agreement shall continue in effect until SEPTEMBER 24, 1999."
Change in Maturity Date. All references to “maturity date” and “maturity” in the 2014 Term Note and 2014 Term Loan Agreement are hereby deemed to be “September 25, 2017”.
Change in Maturity Date. All references to “maturity date” and “maturity” in the 2012 Term Note are hereby deemed to be “September 25, 2017”.
Change in Maturity Date. The maturity date of the Loan and Note A, as previously changed by the Previous Modification, is hereby extended from March 30, 2013, to December 31, 2016, and all of the Documents, as modified and amended by the Previous Modification are hereby further modified and amended accordingly. Without limitation on the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Section, the date “March 30, 2013” is hereby extended to “December 31, 2016” each time it appears in the Documents, as modified and amended by the Previous Modification, in reference to the maturity date of the Loan and Note A, including, without limitation in the definition of the term “Maturity Date” in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement, in Section 1 of Note A, and in Recital Paragraph A in Mortgage 1, each as modified and amended by the Previous Modification.
Change in Maturity Date. The maturity date of the Loan and the Existing Note is hereby changed from March 30, 2017, to March 30, 2013, and all of the Documents are hereby modified and amended accordingly. Without limitation on the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Section, the date “March 30, 2017” is hereby changed to “March 30, 2013” each time it appears in the Documents in reference to the maturity date of the Loan and the Existing Note, including, without limitation in the definition of the term “Maturity Date” in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement, in Section 1 of the Existing Note, and in Recital Paragraph A in each of Mortgage 1, Mortgage 2 and Mortgage 3.
Change in Maturity Date. The Maturity Date is hereby changed to March 13, 2010. Any extension beyond such date shall be in Lender’s sole and absolute discretion.
