Common use of Change in Measurement Method Clause in Contracts

Change in Measurement Method. If, at any time during the Term a new method or technique is developed with respect to electricity measurement, or the determination of the factors used in electricity measurement, such new method or technique may be substituted for the method set forth in this Section 8.1 when in the opinion of the Parties, employing such new method or technique is advisable, and they so agree in writing.
