Change in Name or Locations. The Grantor hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Exhibit “A” hereto and made part hereof, or if the Grantor changes its name, its type of organization, its state of organization (if Grantor is a registered organization), its principal residence (if Grantor is an individual), its chief executive office (if Grantor is a general partnership or non-registered organization) or establishes a name in which it may do business that is not listed as a tradename on Exhibit “A” hereto, the Grantor will immediately notify the Bank in writing of the additions or changes.

The Debtor hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Exhibit “A” hereto and made part hereof, or if the Debtor changes its name or form or jurisdiction of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business, the Debtor will immediately notify the Secured Party in writing of the additions or changes. The Debtor's chief executive office is listed in the Notice section below.

The Mortgagor hereby agrees that if the location of any of the Property changes from the Land or its chief executive office, or if the Mortgagor changes its name, its type of organization, its state of organization (if Mortgagor is a registered organization), its principal residence (if Mortgagor is an individual), its chief executive office (if Mortgagor is a general partnership or non-registered organization) or establishes a name in which it may do business that is not the current name of the Mortgagor, the Mortgagor will immediately notify the Mortgagee in writing of the additions or changes.
Change in Name or Locations. The Debtor hereby agrees that if the Debtor changes its name or form or jurisdiction of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business, the Debtor will immediately notify the Secured Party in writing of the additions or changes. The Debtor’s chief executive office is listed in the Notice section below.
Change in Name or Locations. Company’s legal name and jurisdiction of organization are correctly set forth in the Public Reports. Company has not transacted business at any time during the immediately preceding five-year period, and does not currently transact business, under any other legal names or trade names. Company’s chief executive office and principal place of business is at, and the Company keeps and shall keep all of its books and records relating to receivables only at the location identified in the Public Reports, and the Company has no other executive offices or places of business. Company hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations it is currently located in, or if Company changes its name or form or jurisdiction of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business, Company will immediately notify Investor in writing of the additions or changes.
Change in Name or Locations. NUTRITIONARY represents and warrants that the name and address of NUTRITIONARY appearing at the beginning of this Agreement is NUTRITIONARY's exact legal name and address of its chief executive office, and that NUTRITIONARY is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada. NUTRITIONARY has not changed its name, or the name under which it does business, within the five years preceding the date hereof except as set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto. NUTRITIONARY has not moved its chief executive office within the five years preceding the date hereof except as previously reported in writing to SIMON. NUTRITIONARY has not changed the jurisdiction of its organization within the five years preceding the date hereof except as previously reported in writing to SIMON. NUTRITIONARY hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Exhibit "A" hereto and made a part hereof, or if NUTRITIONARY changes its name or form of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business that is not listed as a tradename on Exhibit "A" hereto, NUTRITIONARY will immediately notify SIMON in writing of the additions or changes.

The Borrower hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Exhibit A hereto and made part hereof, or if the Borrower changes its name, its type of organization, its state of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business that is not listed as a tradename on Exhibit A hereto, the Borrower will immediately notify the Lender in writing of the additions or changes.

The Borrower hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Schedule 3.3(a) hereto and made part hereof, or if the Borrower changes its name, its type of organization, its state of organization (if Borrower is a registered organization), its principal residence (if Borrower is an individual), its chief executive office (if Borrower is a general partnership or non-registered organization) or establishes a name in which it may do business that is not listed as a tradename on Schedule 3.3(b) hereto, the Borrower will immediately notify the Bank in writing of the additions or changes.
Change in Name or Locations. Company hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations it is currently located in, or if Company changes its name or form or jurisdiction of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business, Company will immediately notify Lender in writing of the additions or changes.
Change in Name or Locations. Vyteris hereby agrees that if the location of the Collateral changes from the locations listed on Exhibit "A" hereto and made part hereof (other than transport to its headquarter in Fair Lawn, New Jersey), or if Vyteris changes its name, its type of organization, its state of organization or its chief executive office or establishes a name under which it may do business that is not listed as a tradename on Exhibit "A" hereto, Vyteris will immediately notify Ferring in writing of the additions or changes.
