Change in Objectives or Scope. A proposed change in the phenomenon or phenomena under study or the objectives of the project stated in the proposal or agreed modifications thereto should be communicated to NSF via use of the FastLane notification and request module xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/. NSF approval of such changes will be by an amendment to the award approved by the NSF Grants and Agreements Officer.
