Change in PERS Regulations. In the event PERS requires additional employer payment in excess of twenty dollars ($20.00) per month referenced above, the City shall not be bound by any obligation under Article 6.2.1 and 6.3, but rather the parties shall meet and confer regarding restructuring the provisions of Article 6.2.1 and 6.3 provided that, for a reasonable time period to allow for meeting and conferring, the City shall continue the benefits under these Sections B and C.
