Union Information. On a quarterly basis, the Employer shall provide the Union with the name, address, telephone number, hire date, classification, employment status, and pay rate of bargaining unit members.
Union Information.
5.2.1 The employer, when requested in writing by the Secretary of TEU, shall, within one month after receipt of such a request, supply to the union a list of the names, addresses and designations of all kaimahi who are covered by this Agreement and in their employ (but such request shall not be made to the employer at intervals shorter than six months).
5.2.2 The employer shall undertake to provide each kaimahi at the time of appointment with an application form for membership of the Tertiary Education Union.
Union Information. Bulletin Boards
8.1 The College shall designate bulletin board space for the posting of Union notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, news items, social and recreational affairs.
Union Information. The Employer will:
1) Furnish and install at least one (1) bulletin board in each employee break room or facility for posting union notices, with a copy being given to management at the time of the posting. This bulletin board shall be no smaller than three feet by four feet (3’ x 4’). The Union and the Employer will confer upon the location of the bulletin board.
2) Allow the Union to furnish a binder to be kept in the break room to store membership forms, copies of the contract, Union contact information, and other union materials.
3) Additionally, as space permits, allow the Union to furnish a secure deposit box and a shelf, installed by the Employer on the wall of the break room to keep internal Union information including, but not limited to, Union election nomination forms and ballots, grievance forms, membership surveys, etc.
Union Information. The Company agrees to send, on September 15th of each year, to designated Officers of the CEP, a list of Company e-mail addresses as shown on Company records of all employees in the bargaining unit.
Union Information. If the information is not reasonably accessible, the College will require the Union to make a Freedom of Information request as provided for in Article 7.9 Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Union Information. When requested, the employer will provide the Union with the name, title, salary grade, location and anticipated duration of leave of absence for each Bargaining Unit employee who goes on leave of absence in excess of one week.
Union Information.
(a) When requested in writing by the National Secretary of TEU, the employer will, within one month, supply to the union a list of names, addresses and designation of all staff bound by this agreement provided that the member of staff has given his/her consent for the employer to do so. TEU will not make such requests to the employer at intervals shorter than six months.
(b) TEU undertakes to ensure that the employer is advised as soon as is reasonably practicable when a member of staff of the employer joins TEU.
Union Information. 3.7.3.1 Upon the Union’s specific written request to the Employee Relations Department and provided that the disclosure does not violate state or federal law, the City shall provide all information that is necessary and relevant for the Union to discharge its representation. Relevant and necessary information shall be determined by applying PERB regulations. Relevant and necessary information includes but is not limited to a list of all unit members, their names, home addresses, work addresses, rates of pay, and salary schedule information.
3.7.3.2 The City agrees to make reasonable efforts to provide orientation regarding Oakland City government and unit member benefits to newly hired unit members within sixty (60) days of commencement of employment.
3.7.3.3 The City shall provide the Union with copies of any Administrative Instruction or Administrative Bulletin, periodically issued by the City, which applies to unit members.
Union Information. The City will, within a reasonable period of time, distribute to each new represented employee appropriate literature furnished by the Union.
