Change in Relevant Law. 9.8.1 If a Change in Relevant Law occurs, the Company shall use reasonable efforts to select a method of compliance with such Change in Relevant Law that minimizes the cost and/or maximizes the savings incurred by the Company. The Company shall also use reasonable efforts to implement the selected method of compliance so as to minimize the cost and/or maximize the savings derived by the Company. The Company shall promptly give JPS written notice of any Change in Relevant Law that result in any change in costs or savings.
