Change in Reliability Entity. This Agreement is based on the existence of NERC and the applicability of the NERC Standards. If NERC ceases to exist in its current form or is replaced with an entity with authority over a Party’s transmission system, the Parties shall promptly meet to determine whether to revise this Agreement to reflect the new reliability entity, if any, and the Parties’ obligations in light of the new reliability entity or to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.2.
