Transmission System. The facilities controlled or operated by the Transmission Provider within the PJM Region that are used to provide transmission service under Part II and Part III of the Tariff.
1. 49A Transmission Withdrawal Rights:
Transmission System. The facilities controlled or operated by the Transmission Provider or the Transmission Owner that are used to provide transmission service under the Tariff.
Transmission System. “Transmission System” shall have the meaning set forth in the Power Purchase Agreement.

Transmission System. The facilities owned and operated by the Participating TO and that have been placed under the CAISO’s Operational Control, which facilities form part of the CAISO Controlled Grid. Equipment, including the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and metering equipment shall be itemized and identified as being owned by the Interconnection Customer or the Participating TO. The Participating TO will provide a best estimate itemized cost, including overheads, of its Interconnection Facilities and metering equipment, and a best estimate itemized cost of the annual operation and maintenance expenses associated with its Interconnection Facilities and metering equipment. Transmission System. 5.1 Transmission system upgrades
5.1.1 No portion of section 5.1 of this article 5 shall apply unless the interconnection of the Small Generating Facility requires transmission system upgrades.
5.1.2 The utility shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the transmission system upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the utility and the Interconnection Customer agree, the IC may construct transmission system upgrades that are located on land owned by the IC. The costs of the transmission system upgrades shall be borne by the IC.
5.1.3 Notwithstanding any other provision of section 5.1 of article 5, in the event and to the extent an RTE has rules, tariffs, agreements, or procedures properly applying to transmission system upgrades, the provisions of section 5.2 of article 5 shall apply to such upgrades.
Transmission System. QF PGA shall mean a Qualifying Facility Participating Generator Agreement specifying the special provisions for the operating relationship between a Qualifying Facility and the CAISO, a pro forma version of which is set forth in Appendix B.3
Transmission System. The approximately 120 miles of FERC Regulated Interstate Natural Gas Transmission system located offshore of Mobile, Alabama and extending through various Viosca Xxxxx and Main Pass blocks including certain offshore platforms and other appurtenances; all as more specifically described on Schedule 1.1(b) and on the map (“Transmission System Map”) attached thereto (collectively the “Transmission System”) owned by DIGP;

The Project is a proposed 1.426 MW farm waste generation facility located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx in Wyoming County, New York, and interconnecting to the NG-NM 13.2 KV Feeder #2951, via a four hundred foot underground service lateral. The DEVELOPER is indicating that its total on-property load will remain at 300 KW. The Developer has not yet established a proposed In Service Date1; Initial Synchronization Date2; nor expected Commercial Operation Date3 for this Project. 4 The Synergy LLC dairy farm currently takes 277/480 Volt service from a 750 KVA pad fed underground from pole 21-1 that will be removed upon final energization of the proposed generator and GSU station. The Project is to consist of one (1) 480 V STAMFORD GENERATOR, Type: PE 734 E2 with Type rating of 2300 KVA and a rated output of 1426 KW at 100 % pf and 1416 KW at 80% pf. The generator’s reactive power capability is listed as 0.8 to 1.0 lagging.
