Change in Service Calculation Method. If an amendment changes the method of crediting service from the "Hour of Service" method to the "Elapsed Time" method, each Employee who had any service credit under the "Hour of Service" method shall be credited with service (1) for the Employee's employment before the Computation Period in which such amendment is adopted, as determined on the basis that one Year of Service credited to the Employee under the "Hour of Service" method for such employment shall equal one Year of Service under this section 3.2,
