Common use of Change in Terms Clause in Contracts

Change in Terms. You agree that we can change the terms of this Agreement (including but not limited to any of the examples of changes specified in Section 14.b of Part A of this Agreement) at any time upon proper advance notice to you, where required by law. We consider that you have accepted changes if you keep or use the card after the notice. The new terms, including an increase or decrease in the finance charges, shall be effective as to any subsequent credit extended on and after the effective date of the change. New terms other than an increase in the finance charge shall be effective also as to any unpaid balance outstanding as of the effective date of the change.
