YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE CALLS. You agree if you provide or have provided any telephone number, including a cell phone number, on your membership application, other Credit Union form, or verbally, you are giving the Credit Union, its agents, employees, or third parties your consent to contact you at such telephone number(s) to discuss or communicate the status of your accounts or applications, whether these numbers are dialed manually or by means of an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded message. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or service (including loans). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the credit union by phone, in person or any other reasonable means and informing us of your preferences. If you have provided a wireless telephone number(s) on or in connection with any account, you represent and agree you are the wireless subscriber or customary user with respect to the wireless telephone number(s) provided and have the authority to give this consent. Furthermore, you agree to notify us of any change to the wireless telephone number(s) which you have provided to us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the credit union by phone, in person or any other reasonable means and informing us of your preferences.

  • Procedure as to Rejected Goods On receipt of notification of rejection, Seller will immediately arrange to receive back the goods for shipment and return. However, within 5 days, Seller may have an agent inspect such goods for nonconformity; otherwise, such inspection will be made on return to Seller's storage facility. When such goods are confirmed or acquiesced in as nonconforming, Seller will ship conforming goods within 30 days of the notice of rejection unless Buyer earlier notifies Seller to forgo such shipment.

  • Liability for Failure to Stop Payment of Preauthorized Transfers If you order us to stop payment of a preauthorized transfer three (3) business days or more before the transfer is scheduled and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages.
