Change of Address or Name. You will advise us promptly, in writing, of any change of address or name change. In case of a name change, you will provide and complete any additional documentation to effect such name change on our records.

Change of Address or Name. Without at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, the Pledgor shall not maintain any of its books or records with respect to the Pledged Property at any office or maintain its chief executive office or its principal place of business at any place other than at the address specified in Section 4.1(e), or change its name, or name under which it does business, from the name shown on the signature page hereto.
