Change of Address, Etc Any party hereto may change its address or facsimile number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.
Change of Address The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and any Lender may each change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto.
NOTIFICATION OF ADDRESS CHANGE You will notify Us promptly in writing with Your signature if You move or otherwise have a change of address. In the event We are unable to locate You, You agree to pay all fees associated with maintaining an invalid address in Our records and any costs and locator fees incurred in Our locating efforts.
Notices and Change of Address Any required notice regarding this Xxxx XXX will be considered effective when we send it to the intended recipient at the last address that we have in our records. Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.
