Common use of Change of agreement Clause in Contracts

Change of agreement. a. This Agreement may be amended by Us in Our discretion or pursuant to the direction of the Sharia’ Board pursuant to a 30 business days’ prior written notice to the Cardmember and the Company (60 days in case of changing fees or charges). The up-to-date version of this Agreement will be displayed over Our website and shall contain any such amendment(s), and shall therefore be deemed valid, entering into full effect, automatically after the notice period, replacing and superseding the previous provision(s). The use or possession of the Card(s) after the notice period shall be deemed as the Cardmember’s and the Company’s formal and absolute approval to such amendments to the Agreement.
