CHANGE OF BENEFICIARY. The Owner may change any Beneficiary unless otherwise provided in the previous designation. A change of Beneficiary will revoke any previous designation. A change may be made by filing a written request, in a form acceptable to LNL, at its Home Office. The change will become effective upon receipt of the written request by LNL at its Home Office. LNL reserves the right to request the Contract for endorsement of the change.
