Common use of Change of Contact Information Clause in Contracts

Change of Contact Information. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your name, address, telephone number, or any other contact information. You also agree that if the U.S. Postal Service or one of its agents notifies us of a change in address for you, we may change your address based on this information. We will have no liability to you for changing your address based on such information, even if the information provided by the U.S. Postal Service or one of its agents is in error. If any Statement is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may stop sending Statements to you until a valid address is provided to us, but for all purposes it shall be considered as if we made your Statement available to you as of the Statement date that was or would have been printed on your Statement.
