CHANGE OF COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. The insured must notify the insurer in writing of any change of his/her country of residence within thirty (30) days of its occurrence. A change of country of residence may result in modification of coverage, deductible, or premium according to the geographical area, subject to the insurer’s procedures.

CHANGE OF COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. The insured must notify the insurer in writ- ing of any change of his/her country of res- idence within thirty (30) days of its occur- rence. A change of country of residence may result in modification of coverage, at ADMINISTRATION | 13 the insurer’s discretion. Failure to notify any change of the insured’s country of residence to insurer may result in cancellation of the policy or modification of coverage on the next anniversary date or the next renewal date, whichever comes first, at the insurer’s discretion.
CHANGE OF COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. The Insured must report to the Company if any of the Covered Person changes his or her Main Country of Residence, which may affect his or her entitlement to the benefits under the Policy. If the Insured fails to do so, the Company will comply with the provisions specified in clause 7, misstatement of sex, age or Main Country of Residence, of the general conditions.

  • CHANGE OF SPECIFIED OFFICE If any Paying Agent determines to change its specified office it shall give to the Issuer and the Agent written notice of that fact giving the address of the new specified office which shall be in the same city and stating the date on which the change is to take effect, which shall not be less than 45 days after the notice. The Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Issuer) shall within 15 days of receipt of the notice (unless the appointment of the relevant Paying Agent is to terminate pursuant to clause 20 on or prior to the date of the change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the change to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.

  • Change of business The Company shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business of the Company or the Group from that carried on at the date of this Agreement.
