CHANGE OF DROP-OFF DESTINATION. If the Customer wishes to change the drop-off destination, they must first obtain authorisation from the Reservations Centre in Auckland. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to NZ$750 may apply, which will be notified to you at time of approval and is required to be paid immediately via credit card.
