Common use of Change of Duties Clause in Contracts

Change of Duties. The duties of Employee may be changed from time to time by the mutual consent of Employer and Employee without resulting in a rescission of this contract. Notwithstanding any such change, the employment of Employee shall be construed as continuing under this agreement as modified.
