Common use of Change of Entity or Representative Clause in Contracts

Change of Entity or Representative. If a party wishes to appoint any successor to, reassigns the responsibilities of, or changes the designation or address of any of the entities specified in an Agreement, such party shall give notice thereof to the other parties. Upon acceptance by the other parties, such new entity shall constitute the entity fully responsible for carrying out the functions assigned to its predecessor under the Agreement.
