Change of GSA Business System. (s) during Term of the Master Contract The Government may decide to change their business system(s), whether it is a significant upgrade or a complete replacement of GSA’s current business system after the date of Master Contract award. Should the Government effect a change, develop or purchase a new system(s) it will be incorporated into GSA as the required system(s) for reporting transactional data and shall be adopted by the Contractor. The Contractor will be notified with a no-cost unilateral Modification to the Master Contract in the event of any upgrade/replacement of the business system.
