Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring. In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.
(a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken.
(b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken.
(c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location.

(c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location. Nothing in the foregoing shall be deemed to limit or restrict the parties rights under the Labour Relations Act, 1995, the Local Health System Integration Act or the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, 1997, as may be amended from time to time.

Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring. The Home shall upon entry into the Service Agreement or the Long-Term Care Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) with the Ministry of Health and Long- Term Care or the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) in respect of residents cared for by members of this bargaining unit and provide copies of such agreements to the Union. The parties agree to meet to discuss decisions made by the LHIN that have any impact on the home. Employees affected and the Union will be advised as soon as possible when a decision to integrate is taken.
