Change of Location or Name. Debtor shall not, without giving to the Secured Party at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice (i) move its principal place of business; (ii) change its name, its trade or fictitious business name(s) or its organizational identification number; (iii) keep Collateral at locations other than its principal place of business, except as otherwise disclosed to Secured Party in writing; or (iv) change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure.
