Common use of Change of Name or Address Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Address. You will promptly notify us in writing of any change of address or your name, including your e-mail or other electronic address. In the absence of such written notice, mail to you at the address shown on our records will be deemed properly addressed; and unless otherwise provided by applicable law, constitute effective delivery of any notice we may be required to provide, if it is not correct, or has changed without written notice to us, and we are required to determine your new name or address; then the Credit Union may charge a substantial fee as set forth in the Schedule.
