Common use of Change of Name or Address Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Address. Change Borrower's name or organizational identification number or relocate Borrower's chief executive office to a new location; provided, however, that Borrower may change its name or chief executive office location upon at least 30 days prior written notice by Borrower to Agent of such change and so long as, at the time of such written notification, Borrower provides (i) any financing statements, fixture filings or other agreements or documents necessary to perfect and continue perfected Agent's Liens and (ii) in the case of such a relocation, if the new chief executive office location is leased by Borrower, a Collateral Access Agreement with respect thereto.
