Common use of Change of Name or Location Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Location. Seller will not change its name or the location of its principal place of business or chief executive office or its corporate structure or its jurisdiction or organization, unless Seller has given the Administrator at least thirty (30) days prior notice thereof, and has taken all steps necessary or advisable under the UCC to continue the perfection and priority of the Administrator's and each Purchaser's interest in the Pool Assets.
