Common use of Change of Office Clause in Contracts

Change of Office. If the Paying Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the Company and the Trustee not less than 45 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter and in any event at least 30 days before the change, the Paying Agent shall give to the Holders of Notes on behalf of and at the expense of the Company notice of the change and the address of the new specified office.
