Change of Office. To the extent that changing the jurisdiction of Mezzanine Lender’s applicable office would have the effect of minimizing Special Taxes, Other Taxes or Increased Costs, Mezzanine Lender shall use reasonable efforts to make such a change, provided that same would not otherwise be disadvantageous to Mezzanine Lender.
