Common use of Change of Office Clause in Contracts

Change of Office. If any Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the Company, the Principal Agent and the Trustee not less than 30 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Principal Agent shall give to the Bondholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the Company, notice of such change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 17.

Change of Office. If any an Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the Company, the Principal Agent Company and the Trustee Registrar not less than 30 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Principal such Agent shall give to the BondholdersNoteholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the Company, notice of such change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 1710 of the Terms and Conditions.

Change of Office. If any Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the CompanyIssuer, the Principal Agent and the Trustee not less than 30 45 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Principal Agent shall give to the Bondholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the CompanyIssuer, notice of such change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 1715.

Change of Office. If any Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the CompanyIssuer, the Principal Agent Portfolio Administrator and the Trustee not less than 30 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new changed specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Principal Agent shall give to the Bondholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the Company, notice of such change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 17.

If any Agent (except the Security Agent) shall change its specified office, it shall give to the CompanyIssuer, the Guarantors, the Principal Paying Agent and the Trustee not less than 30 days’ ' prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Principal Paying Agent shall give to the BondholdersHolders, on behalf of and at the expense of the CompanyIssuer, failing whom the Guarantors, notice of such change and the address of the new specified office in accordance with Condition 17.Section 1.6
