CHANGE OF PROCEDURES‌. 179ee. When SFMTA proposes to change procedures and/or working conditions, it will give at least 48 hours notice to those employees affected, except in case of emergency. This notice will be in writing and signed by the employee (s) receiving them or annotated that the employee(s) refused to sign. Copies of these notices will be given to the Union.
