Another type of security fraud problem This is where there was another security or fraud problem, such as: o There was some other unauthorized access to your account. o Your password or PIN was compromised.
Enforcement of Security On and at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default the Security Agent may, and shall if so directed by the Majority Lenders and the Export Credit Agency, take any action which, as a result of the Event of Default or any notice served under Clause 26.21 (Acceleration), the Security Agent is entitled to take under any Finance Document or any applicable law or regulation.
Authorization Required Prior to Parallel Operation 2.2.1 The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall use Reasonable Efforts to list applicable parallel Operating Requirements in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Additionally, the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of any changes to these requirements as soon as they are known. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall make Reasonable Efforts to cooperate with the Interconnection Customer in meeting requirements necessary for the Interconnection Customer to commence parallel operations by the in-service date.
Network Authorization For services that cannot be provided by a network provider, you can request a network authorization to seek services from a non-network provider. With an approved network authorization, the network benefit level will apply to the authorized covered healthcare service. If we approve a network authorization for you to receive services from a non- network provider, our reimbursement will be based on the lesser of our allowance, the non-network provider’s charge, or the benefit limit. LEGAL AUTHORIZATION (a) The Sub-Recipient certifies that it has the legal authority to receive the funds under this Agreement and that its governing body has authorized the execution and acceptance of this Agreement. The Sub-Recipient also certifies that the undersigned person has the authority to legally execute and bind Sub-Recipient to the terms of this Agreement.
Consent of Securities Regulators to Amendment Except for amendments made under Part 3, the securities regulators with jurisdiction must approve any amendment to this Agreement and will apply mutual reliance principles in reviewing any amendments that are filed with them. Therefore, the consent of the Principal Regulator will evidence the consent of all securities regulators with jurisdiction.
Required Preauthorization Prescription drugs for which preauthorization is required are marked with the symbol (+) in the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits. For details on how to obtain prescription drug preauthorization for a prescription drug, see Prescription Drug Preauthorization in Section 3 for details. If preauthorization is not obtained, you will be required to pay for the prescription drug at the pharmacy. You can ask us to consider reimbursement after you receive the prescription drug by following the prescription drug preauthorization process.
