Common use of Change of Time Periods Clause in Contracts

The time periods and/or dates described in this 17 Agreement with respect to providing Notice of the Preliminary Approval of the Agreement and 18 Preliminary Approval and Fairness hearings are subject to approval and change by the Court or by the written agreement of the Parties’ counsel, without notice to Class Members.
