Change Order Reports. The CM shall periodically prepare and distribute change order reports during the Construction Phase. The report shall list all Owner-approved change orders by number, a brief description of the change order work, the cost established in the change order and percent of completion of the change order work. The report shall also include similar information for potential change orders of which the CM may be aware. THE REPORT SHALL ALSO INCLUDE A SUMMARY OF THE IMPACT OF THE CHANGE ORDERS ON THE PROJECT SCHEDULE AND COMPLETION DATES.
