Common use of Change Order Rights Clause in Contracts

Change Order Rights. If Contractor desires a Change Order for a Force Majeure Event, Contractor shall comply with the Force Majeure Notice requirements contained in Section 8.1.1. If Contractor does so, it will be entitled to a Change Order to the extent so provided in Section 9.5.1(a). If Contractor fails to comply with such notice requirements, then Contractor will be deemed to have waived its right to receive a Change Order for the subject Force Majeure Event.
