Common use of Change Order Rights Clause in Contracts

Change Order Rights. If Contractor desires a Change Order for an Owner- Caused Delay, Contractor shall comply with the notice requirements contained in Section 8.2.2. If Contractor does so, it will be entitled to a Change Order to the extent so provided in Section 9.5.1(c). If Contractor fails to comply with such notification requirements, Contractor will be deemed to have waived its right to receive a Change Order for the subject Owner-Caused Delay.
