Change Order Terms. All Change Orders shall contain the following language: “The change in Contract Time and Contract Sum (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to CM/GC for the Change Order Work and accounts for all delays and impacts related thereto.” Any changes or reservations by CM/GC to the representations and releases in the Change Order shall be a material breach of this Contract.
