Change Orders; Assumptions. Either Party may initiate a change to the Statement of Work by proposing in writing details of such change. The other Party shall promptly respond to any proposed changes. Both Parties shall work together to identify any schedule or price increase resulting from the change. If the Parties are mutually agreeable to any changes to the Statement of Work, then they shall enter into a mutual written change order executed by officers of both Parties (“Change Order”). Customer acknowledges that any additional changes to the assumptions in the Statement of Work may affect time and/or costs.
