- CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS OF COMMON AREAS. The Landlord reserves the rights, at any time and from time to time to increase or decrease the size of and to alter the configuration of the Common Areas. In the event of any such change or alteration, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant therefor, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or diminution or abatement of Monthly Minimum Rent, nor shall such diminution or alteration of the Common Areas be considered a constructive or actual eviction.
