Changes; Bondowner Representative Consent. Except as otherwise provided in this Loan Agreement, Borrower shall not make any changes in the Plans and Specifications without Bondowner Representative’s prior written consent if such change: (i) constitutes a material change in the building material or equipment specifications, or in the architectural or structural design, value or quality of any of the Improvements; (ii) would result in an increase or decrease of rehabilitation costs in excess of One Hundred Thousand and No/100th Dollars ($100,000.00) for any single change or in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100th Dollars ($250,000.00) for all such changes; or (iii) would adversely affect the structural integrity, quality of building materials, or overall efficiency of operating systems of the Improvements. Without limiting the above, Bondowner Representative agrees that Borrower may make minor changes in the Plans and Specifications without Bondowner Representative’s prior written consent, provided that such changes do not violate any of the conditions specified herein. Borrower shall at all times maintain, for inspection by Bondowner Representative, a full set of working drawings of the Improvements.
