Notice of Union Representative Visits. The Union shall provide reasonable notice to the Employer when the Senior Union Official or her/his designated representative intends to visit the Employer’s place of business for the purpose of conducting Union business. If possible, the Union shall specify the anticipated duration of the visit.

39.02 The Union shall be permitted to use a designated meeting room onsite for meetings of the local provided notice is given to the Employer and space is available on the date requested.
