Changes in Applicable Accessibility Standards. If there is a significant change to federal, state, or local law or a court order that requires a change to the remediation described in this Agreement, Credit Union and Q2 will notify Claimants’ Counsel and the Parties will, in good faith, make reasonable and appropriate changes. Notice will be sent in accordance with Section 7.6.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Conformance to Applicable Requirements All work prepared by Consultant shall be subject to the approval of City.

  • Accessibility Supplier warrants that all Products will meet the requirements set forth in all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, and regulations applicable to accessibility of information technology for people with disabilities. Supplier agrees to use personnel trained and knowledgeable in supporting the needs of persons with disabilities in performance of Services under this Order.
