Changes in Applicable Laws, Policies and Guidelines. Should any provision of this Agreement or any application thereof become unlawful by virtue of any Federal or State law, Executive Order, or decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision or application shall be modified by the parties to comply with the law, order or decision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
