Changes in Clientele. Vendor agrees to notify LACERA within thirty (30) days of (i) Vendor entering into any contract to perform administrative services and (ii) any termination of a contract it has to perform administrative services. The notice shall include the type of client (e.g., public or private pension plan), the amount of assets of the client, a general description of the services to be performed or being terminated, and with respect to terminations, a general description of the reason(s) for the termination.
