While this Contract is in effect, no change may be made in the Contractor’s organization, which may affect the respective rights, obligations, privileges, and duties of either the United States or the Contractor under this Contract including, but not limited to, dissolution, consolidation, or merger, except upon the Contracting Officer’s written consent.
